Denver County Cultural Council sets aside 5% of the SCFD Denver Tier III allocation to provide discretionary funding in the areas of Capacity Building and Collaboration. Discretionary Grants are available to all Denver Tier III organizations through a quarterly application and review process. Capacity Building requests are considered quarterly, with 2012 deadlines February 20th, May 21st, August 27th and November 26th. Collaboration requests are considered once each year, at the May 21st deadline. Please link to the Guidelines above for completed details and information on submitting a discretionary request.
